PT10HD delay comp thing

i am seeing with THC in PT10HD that bypassing the plugin changes the delay comp value.

Hi Jim,
This is not an issue that only happens in Pro Tools 10 or HD. The plugin has different delay compensation values for when it's in Bypass and when it's not. To be perfectly honest, it's not something that was thought would be automated, but it makes sense. So, it is on our list to fix it. Can't say exactly when it will be done, but we'll get to it.

changing delay comp values on bypass is against the rules! even noted by massey here:

All plug-ins are supposed to respect the rule of having the same sample delay bypassed or un-bypassed.
